MV Akka

MV Akka was built by Gotaverken of Gothenburg, Sweden, and launched in September 1942. She was 134 metres in length with a beam of 17 metres, a draft of around 8 metres and weighed in at 3,050 tons net with a gross weight of 5,400 tons. Registered in Stockholm, she went into service with Grangesberg
